My name is Nicole, and I’m honored to serve as the Mendoza PTO President!
I’ve been part of the Mendoza community since my oldest was in 1st grade back in 2017, so Mendoza has truly become a second home for our family. I’ve been married for almost 18 years and am a proud mom of four—my 16-year-old son, 10-year-old daughter, and almost 5-year-old boy/girl twins. ❤️
I joined the PTO last year and quickly fell in love with being involved, supporting our teachers and staff, and finding ways to make a positive impact on our school community. I’m so excited for another year of making a difference and creating fun, memorable experiences for our Mendoza Pups and families!

We are in year 2 of being a part of the Mendoza Pup family & have loved it! Our family enjoys eating out, going to the beach, & watching movies. I was a Mesa Public Schools kid from kindergarten to graduation so watching my child experience it has been so nostalgic! I was in the Poston Jr High yearbook club & got to design the cover/theme my freshman year! I really enjoy being creative so a lot of my hobbies are art focused. I am looking forward to using some of my talents towards helping document the school year!

Hello everyone! My family and I are new to Arizona. we just moved here in February of this year, from Chicago, il, so this is my son's 1st year at Mendoza elementary. we are excited to be here and meet new people. we actually have been loving everything about Mendoza and the positive environment. I have been married for 11 years and have 2 older children that are in junior high. this is my 1st time ever being part of a school's pto program and I can tell you that I really enjoy it! I enjoy everyone on the board and Mendoza's staff, period. i can't wait to get to know you all! if you ever see me around, (which I am always at the school), don't hesitate to stop me and chit chat. I'd love to help in any way that I can! Can't wait to see you all around.

Audrey Stoner
Ms. Stoner is a 3rd Grade teacher at Mendonza Elementary, and primary (K-3) PTO Liaison. This is her 6th year teaching. Ms. Stoner also leads Pups in Action (FKA Trendsetters) with Mrs. Moss and is part of Mendoza's SIAC. At her previous school, Ms. Stoner served on the Superintendent's Committee as her site's representative. Ms. Stoner is excited for another great school year!
