We have some amazing teachers, and we love to support them in their classrooms!

PTO Purchases: PTO is here to “fill the gap” between district-provided supplies, and resources for the needs of our students, staff, parents and community. PTO may fund academic and some leisure activities for the school, staff, students, and community. 

If you are a teacher and have a request for funds, please print and fill out the form that is linked below. Prior to submission, the request needs to be signed by the principal. Once approved by the principal, please place the request and any supporting documentation in the PTO mailbox. You must officially present your request at the next PTO meeting; this allows members to ask any appropriate questions. The board will then vote on your request.

Teacher Request for Funds

PTO Reimbursement: If you wish to be reimbursed for a purchase or expense, it must be approved in advance. After making an approved purchase, please fill out the reimbursement form linked below and attach the receipt. Purchases made prior to approval will be denied automatically. Please submit reimbursement forms within 30 days of purchase. Also, please try to keep PTO items on separate receipts from your own purchases. The last day of school is the last day for reimbursements. Reimbursement checks will be placed in staff mailboxes.

PTO Receipts: For quickest reimbursement, please send a copy of receipts and completed reimbursement forms to treasurer@mendozapto.org. Forms and receipts may also be placed in the PTO mailbox.
